Still there.

Since Yahoo Photos is closing this coming Spet 20th, I have to transfer all my photos to my Flickr account. Mind you, I have not been to my Yahoo photos for almost three years . Kalau itu almari in this real world, dah berhabuk. But, it's good though. It works juts like a time capsule.

This is one of them. View from my room during my first year here.

I remember the first day when I first arrive to this room. Without a duvet to warm me, I slept with my old green nasib baik cashmere coat. Oh, and no sheet as well.

How I miss that room, and the Finnish girl next door.

Dear Diary.

It's amazing how fast time flies.

Now, I have to buy the likes of Topman or River Island styles for my little brother.

Correction. My not so little brother.

When I first came to England in 2004, he was only 9. Now, he's already in his secondary education world and soon on to the next level.

It's amazing how fast time flies.

Dear All,

In view of the recent terrorism-linked incidents in both London and Glasgow, we seek your full discretion to be careful and vigilant of your surroundings. While there is yet any injuries to the innocent, please exercise extreme caution when venturing out of your house/accomodation. At the moment, we are not privy to the details of threat or where, but the UK Government has put the level of security to the highest possible - "Critical". Needless to say, we have to be very careful of our safety and that of our friends. Furthermore, the threat of harm need not necessarily come from 'terrorist' but could also be due to retaliation and/or profiling by the locals. So in view of the extenuating circumstances above, please do not ignore normal safety precautions.

Our immediate advice is as follow:

1. Please exercise restrain in travelling. Travel only if necessary.
2. Please do not walk alone in secluded or lowly lit areas. Where possible, travel/walk in groups.
3. Please do not behave in a manner that will attract the unnecessary attention of others.
4. Please infrom your friends of your whereabout in UK, should they/we need to contact you.
5. Please get to know your friends, especially foreigners, before going out or associating yourself with them.
6. Please bring your student ID all the time.
7. Please key-in JPA London's phone number as your ICE (In Case of Emergency) number. Please see our number below.
8. If you are away from UK, please have the courtesy to inform JPA London of the dates and place.

Having said the above, we also need you to inform/report to us of any negative experience/encounter, especially if you think that it is due to your skin color or dressing or nationalities or religion, either from the official authorities (eg local police) or from the general public. We will take up the case(s), if warranted, to the necessary authorities. Should you have any further enquiries or report, please e-mail us above or call:

Adib: 07795 660 133
Hamidah: 07786 331 396
JPA London Office: 0207 792 9364

We also seek your kind assistance to extend this e-mail advise to others who might not have received it due to one reason or another. It is better to receive it many times than none at all.

Thank you.

Kind regards,

Adib Rahman
JPA London

Shutter baru keluar wayang , after two years. Nope, I think three years. Dude..

But it was worth watching it on the big screen. Before, of course tengok vcd gambar pun gelap. Bila tengok screen besar and crystal clear, almost every single details pun clear. Scary.

Sampai three British guys behind us jumped off their seats. Dude..
