So it's that time of the year again. This year, as usual, we have not done anything much apart from the unmissable kuah kacang, rendang daging and nasik impit. Also this year I baked some cupcakes that the recipe I took from the Hummingbird bakery book I just bought few days ago. Made the red velvet cakes. I guess it's about time to try them at home myself after dozens of pilgrimages to the bakery in Portobello Road, never been to the one in Old Brompton Road though.
I just hope that I'll make full use of the book, since the first batch of red velvet was a success.

Huih, tu pun nak tahniah. Tapi, thanks! Aku bukan selalu baking-baking ni.hehe. Tapi bila buat sendiri baru la tau berapa banyak gula pakai nak buat frosting tu! Hahhh..berhati-hati la bila makan. :P

Aku memang rekemen la buku tu! Aku selalu pi bakery yang publish buku tu. Memang bagus, jadik bila buat sendiri ! Nanti kalau ko kat JB nanti roung (PhD ek? ) kita buat ekkkk... :P
