As usual, the BBC news got carried away, hence the title.
It was the day we got back in Sheffield from Florence and rasa terluluhawa. Italy was 36C and Sheffield freaking 10C. Nasib baik ada jaket with us that time. Seems like we have predicted how bad British weather could get, or I am simply a psychic. Joy.
Rumah kami agak tinggi dan berbukit, jadi tiada masalah. But some other parts were badly affected.
Hope the trains will be back on track with the schedule this weekend. Or else I will not be able to go Bartfest-ing.

sorry about the banjir. aku seriously fikir the best investment anyone can do now is to buy a boat or any other floatable modes of transportation. kl banjir, sheffield banjir, ttdi jaya banjir, johor banjir, peceter beb.
or at least get a pair of good wellies ;P

Sheffield banjir kat belah east. West is the peak disctrict berbukit, so no problem at all. Come to think of it, kenapa belah east ha selalu banjir. hehe
Hah kak Ayien, I completely forgot about that 'sabut pengaman' episode until u brought it up. That was a fun road trip, albeit being completely touristy!
KL banjir rata2, almost as if we have no drainage system at all.
Millions of M'sian taxpayer's ringgits have been spent on the smart tunnel but when commenting on it's completion, the menteri in charge (can't remember the bugger's name) had the nerve to say that they can't guarentee that it'll solve KL's flood problems. What the heck??!!!
